RULES

Subject to current UK Athletics rules.
No iPods, MP3 players, etc.
Minimum age on the day is 15.
All runners must comply with all instructions given by the race marshals and police.
All decisions by the referee are final.

Catagories determined by ages on the day in all cases.
No individual to receive more than one individual prize, and will be allocated in the order shown.


CHALLENGE TROPHY
================
1st stable and stud* team.
(with memento for each team member)
Teams of three must comprise at least one male and one female runner.
Where an entered team is larger than 3 runners, the first male, first female and next runner in the team will be eligible for the prize.
