Training during COVID-19 Outbreak

We are really pleased to be opening up the training aspect of the Club. Guidance from England Athletics is for small groups of up to 6 runners, all social distancing of 2 metres.

SR relates to summer routes and SE, summer efforts and these can be found under Training on the website

SR2 -3 Churches  5.8M shorter route 3M
Moulton Church,by the river at start of run.

Side road behind Queens statue or KH 5K parking
 
SR5 – Devils Dyke 6m Shorter route 4M- cut back down 5K route at dyke
