The legal structure for governance of Newmarket Joggers is a company limited by guarantee called Newmarket Joggers Ltd. It was incorporated on 10th April 2019, registration number 11937347.
The Club has been in existence since 1984.

The Club is managed on behalf of its Members by a Management Committee, the Committee is guided by the following Rules of Procedure
Newmarket Joggers embraces diversity and difference and is committed to providing opportunities that are safe, inclusive, accessible, and equitable.
All positions are voluntary and the Club couldn’t function without members performing these crucial and valued roles and responsibilities. The committee positions are voted at the Annual General Meeting.
