5ks to marathons were run by the joggers last week. Far away in New Zealand, jogger Pearl Fay, completed the Lower Hutt park run. The amazing scenery distracted Pearl a little but she still crossed the line in 34.29, making her 3rd in her age group. (55-59).
Gillie Green also had a great view at the LDWA Blackwater 1/2 marathon. The run alongside the seawall, saw Gillie at the finish in 2.47.
Denys Olefir ran his 4th marathon this year. Denys ran a great 2.41.53 at this blustery event In Dublin. 
Personal bests were gained by Iain Patrick, who completed the Cambridge park run in just 25.12. Iain then went on to gain another PB in The Great South 10mile run. His time of 1.30.39, took 4min of his previous time. 
Much closer to home in Bury St Edmunds several of the joggers ran in the 10k or half marathon distances. Sam sadler took overal 2nd position in the 10k, with his time of 35.07.Fellow joggers to cross the line were, Clive Purbrook (43.30), Belinda Schofield (50.30), Amy Baker (50.58) and Caroline McIntosh (1.08.16)
Running for the joggers in the half marathon distance, Sarah Boneham came 1st in her at group (40-49) with her 1.43.55 time. Giles Macrow(1.49.41) and Miles Johnson (1.55.50) also put in fantastic runs. 
Finally Helen Wass represented the joggers at Carver Barracks, near Saffron Walden in the Fast Five run. Helen finished with a PB of 39.10.
