New Members

We welcome people to come along to one or two training sessions before committing to membership of the Club. Please email to arrange this.  We ask that prospective members please do not turn up speculatively to a training session without contacting us first.

Our training nights include several ability groups but are not generally suitable for complete beginners. There are a number of “couch to 5k” programmes available for those looking to get started on their running journey and some of the local coaches offer beginners’ courses from time to time. We would be happy to provide advice and guidance to anybody who is unsure where to start.
