The Newmarket Joggers were out in force at the Peterborough Half Marathon on Sunday. Alex Cairns has ben I great form lately and again led the club home in a sparkling time of 1.24.19. Simon Harris was next in, finishing in 1.28.56.
Kevin Connolly dropped back from Ultra running and showed good speed to finish in 1.30.34. Nicky Chapman is developing in to an elite female performer and celebrated with a pb of 1.31.25. Paul Dockerill is warming up well for the cross country season and stormec home in 1.36.35. Marcus Hall had a great run coming home in 1.36.54.
Helen Wass clipped more seconds off of her debut run a couple of weeks ago and posted a superb time of 1.55.13. Kathryn Lawrie ran well in 1.57.03. Lisa Redman ran with credit in a time of 2.02.47.
