As every athlete knows, food is our energy source – and for distance running the fuel of choice is carbohydrates – it delivers the energy needed to perform at your best over long distances. To help you fuel your system, Newmarket Joggers is organising a springtime social event – our first Pasta Party (open to all members) – to celebrate your big race events during April.
And there’s more… in addition to pasta, athletes can enjoy the unrivalled entertainment of a sports-themed Quiz Night!
